Ingredients

  • 2 small pineapples
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 5 small mandarins
  • 1 sprig mint fresh

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and chop the pineapples into manageable chunks. Wash and slice the Granny Smith apples, making sure to remove the cores. Peel and separate the mandarins into segments. Rinse the fresh mint leaves.
  • Start by feeding the pineapple chunks, apples and mandarins through your cold press juicer (or blend if using the straining option - see below). Allow the juicer to extract all the juice from the pineapples. Collect the pineapple juice in a container or jug.
  • Once you've juiced the fruits, add the fresh mint leaves to the juicer. The mint will infuse a refreshing aroma and flavor into the juice. Gently stir to ensure the mint flavor is evenly distributed.
  • (Optional) If you prefer a smoother texture and want to remove any remaining pulp or if you used a blender instead of a juicer, strain the juice through a mesh strainer or a nut milk bag into a clean container.
  • Refrigerate the juice for about 30 minutes to allow it to chill. If you'd like your juice even colder, you can add ice cubes to your serving glasses.

Notes

TO STORE: Transfer any leftover pineapple juice to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. It's best to consume the juice within 2-3 days. Before enjoying your stored juice, give it a gentle shake or stir to recombine any settled particles.
