Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango frozen chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen chunks
  • 1 large banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the Greek yogurt, ripe banana, frozen mango chunks and frozen pineapple chunks to a blender. Add the coconut milk and orange juice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in a tall glass or smoothie tumbler. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

TO STORE: Transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate it promptly to maintain freshness. Keep for no longer than 3 days.
TO FREEZE: Pour the smoothie into a freezer-safe container, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion. When ready to consume, thaw the smoothie in the refrigerator overnight.
