  • 1 1/2 cups vegan yogurt plain and unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mint freshly chopped, optional
  • 2 tbsp dill freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cups cucumber grated


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour, to thicken.


TO STORE: Vegan tzatziki can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.
