        Lovely roundup. I love colorful too! Agreed. I think this is why I enjoy salads and fruits so much. It's just enjoyable eating food that looks as good as it tastes. But you have won my heart with the coconut macaroon nests. Those blew me away. And yet I find, (at least in the informal polls I've conducted) that most men do not like coconut but most women do?! At best, they seem to just tolerate it. But these were like I said, very informal polls.

        You two are my new idols. When I was younger, i wanted to colour my hair. I then got chased with a cane. These recipes....I'd give up my hamburger for them. (Then eat the hamburger the next day).
